Today a patch rolled out for Bad Company 2. Some of the major changes include balancing the LMGs and assault rifles, as well as reduced splash damage on some weapons. Some others include changes to the repair tool, mortar strike, and reduced brightness in Russian vehicles. A full or near full list of changes can be found in the following links. Overall, things look pretty good. Especially if you're one of those who can finally see through the HMG blast sheild!

It appears Steam has unlocked the game and it should be downloading in peoples clients. Unfortunately i'm among the many people at work and am not able to test our server. If you have the game downloaded give our server a try and let me know what you think!
