I'm pretty sure i've spent time watching cut scenes in AC 3 than actually playing. And the gameplay so far has frustrating and boring at best. The only fun I've had so far is sailing a boat.

Play assassins creed 2 and botherhood. Then never touch another. Three took what was great and made it boring. Many people have called it the let down of the year.

I almost broke out in laughter within the first minute of the Hobbit when you see the HFR. It was like the video was sped up.

I figured that this was a first for movies, so why not see how it is. The video quality was greatly improved and everything looked REALLY good in 48 fps, but you really need to get used to the feel of it. The whole first hour of the movie just felt awkward. Even after that, every once in a while I would notice the different feel.
